Our Causes

The Zonta Club of Tortola joins the Zonta International campaign to  say NO to violence against girls and women.  

 Zonta International envisions a world in which women’s rights are recognized as human rights and every woman is able to achieve her full potential.  In such a world, no woman lives in fear of violence. 

 Zonta Club of Tortola is pleased to be a long time supporter of the Family Support Network through the Zonta Pantry service project.  We collect and donate pantry items, Christmas gift boxes and grocery gift certificates to support families in the BVI community. 

In October 2019, the Zonta Club of Tortola launched its Pink Pouch project at the Bregado Flax Educational Centre Secondary Division. The project aimed to educate junior and senior girls on the basics of feminine hygiene. Zonta intends to make this a regular part of its annual activities calendar.
